We were recently asked by Petchey Holdings to provide them with photographs and video of their site in Hilsea, Portsmouth.
Petchey Holdings Ltd is a privately owned property company, founded by Sir Jack Petchey CBE. They currently manage a commercial portfolio which includes 4 million sq ft of industrial properties along with a large Central London residential portfolio comprising over 350 flats.
With the use of drone and ground level video and photography we put together a marketing video which can be viewed below.
Whilst we were there we also used the drone to take photographs of the roof of one the units which they wanted to check the condition of.
